Press on the Practice Log tab above

Go to the "What's My Team?" page of the Google Sheet.

Find your name.

Go to the corresponding page number of your team.

Choose a box and write your name where it says, "Name."

Log your hours for the week!

To see how your team is comparing to others, scroll to the last page of the log, "Totals."
